Dirty Jo Punsters was born when Ahlin moved to Spanish Fork and couldn’t find a decent pair of stockings. “I went looking and couldn’t find anything so I decided to open a lingerie store,” said Ahlin.

Dirty Jo’s isn’t the only business Ahlin operates. She opened Rocket Rebellion next door to Dirty Jo’s in 2008. Rocket Rebellion is retro inspired boutique with a unique inventory complete with vintage and retro inspired clothing, shoes, gifts, jewelry, and other oddities and curiosities.

In addition to running her business, Ahlin has found time to join with the medical community helping to teach the public about sexual education. Most recently, she presented at a Westminster College Human Sexuality class. “We want to help you feel comfortable,” she says, “don’t feel nervous about asking questions that may improve your understanding.” Ahlin plans to expand her education classes next year to reach out to more people.
As she enters her 24^th year of business, she is already planning ahead. “We hope to see some expansion in the next year. We are also working on some big surprises for our 25^th year.”
