Our board members had our annual retreat in January.  At that retreat I talked about my love of books, and we all shared some of our favorites.  I want to take the opportunity in each newsletter to share a book that might help your business or personal life.  We all are busy, but to be effective in our business or organization we need to continually be moving forward and growing. 

For March I would like to suggest ‘DEVELOPING THE LEADER WITHIN YOU’ by John C. Maxwell.  Some of the chapters discuss priorities, attitude, self-discipline, and staff development.  It’s full of great quotes, and inspiring stories.  And let’s not stop there.  Once you’ve read the book, I would love to hear what you thought about it.  (And I might even share your perspective in our next newsletter!)  Please email me at stacy@uvmag.com.  Happy Reading!
