Congratulations to Intermountain Spanish Fork Hospital on a Major Milestone

On behalf of the Springville-Mapleton Chamber of Commerce, we would like to congratulate Intermountain Spanish Fork Hospital on an exciting and significant milestone. Since opening its doors just five years ago, the hospital has become an invaluable healthcare resource for our growing communities, and we are thrilled to see plans moving forward for a major expansion.

Construction is expected to begin in the coming weeks on an addition to the north side of the hospital that will help meet the increasing healthcare needs of southern Utah County. The project will include eight additional Emergency Department beds, bringing the total to 20, two new operating rooms, and a new CT scanner and imaging suite.

This expansion reflects both the tremendous growth of our region and the exceptional care being provided by the hospital's physicians, nurses, and staff. The Emergency and Imaging Departments are already serving patients beyond their original design capacity, and surgical services continue to grow alongside our communities.

We are grateful for Intermountain's ongoing investment in the health and well-being of our residents. This project will not only help meet current demand but will ensure quality healthcare services remain accessible for years to come.
