Do you know someone who may enjoy or benefit by being a part of our group? Forward this e-mail or bring them as a guest to a meeting or event. The best way to grow is through those who are already active. Your guest does not have to be a member of the Chamber.

St. Patrick's Day Snuggie Pub Crawl - March 13

You've seen them on TV. You've seen them in the store. Heck, you may have even received one as a gift. We're talking about Snuggies - the blanket with sleeves. The Young Professionals of St. Charles are planning a fun social activity for Saturday, March 13 - a Snuggie Pub Crawl. We will meet in the Boat House Parking Lot (along the Missouri River behind Trailhead Brewing Company) at 7pm. We will leave the parking lot and visit Chamber member establishments along Main Street. All you need is a Snuggie decorated to fit our St. Patrick's Day Theme and money for food and drinks. Call Scott Tate at the Chamber (636.946.0633) for additional details.

To see a sample of what others have done - Google "Snuggie Pub Crawls" and look at how many have already been done. Chicago Metromix has some pretty good pictures from their event last year.

St. Charles Jaycees Meeting

Some of you have expressed an interest in learning more about the Jaycees. I want to invite you to join me for their next meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 10, at 7:00 p.m. The Jaycees meet at Culpeppers.

If you are looking to get more involved in the community, the Jaycees are a great way to do so. Their dues are minimal and there is no required commitment. You can be as active as your schedule will allow.

Also, a fair number of the Jaycees have kids, so don't let that stop you. They plan family activities too.
