Join us for the June Young Professionals of St. Charles meeting scheduled for Wednesday, June 9, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm in the St. Charles Chamber Conference Room.
This month we have Raymond Castile and Nancy Cope doing a presentation and showing a video on the homeless in St. Charles. Raymond was a part of the Vision St. Charles County Leadership Group this year which did a class project that focused on the homeless in St. Charles County. He is also a local journalist for the St. Charles Journal and has also been recognized for his series of articles that cover the problem. This meeting is free to anyone between the ages of 21-40. Feel free to bring your lunch. Music On Main - June 16
Each month, members of the Young Professionals of St. Charles meet on Main Street to enjoy music and drinks on the street. This is strictly a social activity, but a great way to get to know other members of the YP of St. Charles. If you would like to join us, meet us in front of Quintessential "Q" at 5:00pm.

The YP is planning an outing to a St. Louis Cardinal game on Saturday, June 19. Cost is $42 per person. If you are interested in attending, please contact Scott Tate at 636.946.0633.
St. Charles Jaycees Meeting Some of you have expressed an interest in learning more about the Jaycees. I want to invite you to join me for their next meeting scheduled for Wednesday, June 9, at 7:00 p.m. The Jaycees meet at Culpeppers.
If you are looking to get more involved in the community, the Jaycees are a great way to do so. Their dues are minimal and there is no required commitment. You can be as active as your schedule will allow. <P> Also, a fair number of the Jaycees have kids, so don't let that stop you. Click here to like the St. Charles Jaycees on Facebook Beautify St. Charles - POSTPONED UNTIL FALL The Young Professionals of St. Charles are organizing a one-day volunteer effort to restore beauty to St. Charles City. Activities will include picking up trash on major streets and intersections, weed eating, etc. Clubs, organizations, students, scouts, fraternities and sororities, church groups, businesses, neighborhoods, and subdivisions are encouraged to participate!

St. Charles Jaycees' Fridays@Frontier This Friday Join the St. Charles Jaycees as they host their first free concert of the year on Jaycee Stage in Frontier Park on the St. Charles Riverfront. The event starts at 5:00 pm with Bone Daddy & the Blues Shakers taking the stage at 7:00 pm. There will be food, drinks, and a washers tournament.
Proceeds from the event to benefit the Tim Jones Ball for Siteman Cancer Center. Click here for a special offer from the Jaycees. Emerging Library Advocates
The next meeting for the Emerging Library Advocates is, Tuesday, June 8th (tomorrow), 6:00pm at Sherlocks in Cottleville. They will be finalizing plans for our Books, Bats & Brew event, looking ahead to our Art Uncorked event in September as well as exploring the idea to host a "Reading at the Rink" family event with the Lindenwood University Hockey team. If you haven't made it to a meeting, they would still love to have you join them! This is a great group of people and one that always looks a little different each time they meet!
