The Downtown Enhancement Program will be observing "Keeping Kids Safe Trick or Treat", Thursday, October 18, 2012 this year. The downtown merchants are asked to participate in the city "Keeping Kids Safe Trick or Treat" by extending their stores hours to greet and pass out candy to our trick or treaters between the hours of 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Please sign up for this event, no later than Friday, October 15th by 12:00 noon.
