About Us
Hello! I'm Mary Beckman with Harmony Springs Life Coaching!
I am a certified Professional Empowerment Life Coach through Empowerment Coaching Academy, certified EFT/TFT tapping practitioner, and a Certified Master Splankna Practitioner.
I authored the book titled "Searching for Sunny Skies: Find the right help to move from stuck to successfully forging ahead on life's path" because I believe that knowing how to find the right help for mental wellness is very important for everyone.
After many years of going through traditional counseling and therapy, I found the missing pieces to my healing through life coaches and Splankna sessions.
My heart's desire is to help those who are experiencing feelings of confusion, overwhelm, and being stuck to be able to experience clarity, direction, and confidence.
I help my clients identify their values and goals, create actionable steps towards achieving their goals, and work through any emotional or thought issues that block achieving those goals. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to work towards their desired outcomes.
