We are Neighbors Helping Neighbors — Every Day.
What We Do — Programs That Matter
Every day, Tri-Lakes Cares helps neighbors overcome life’s challenges through practical support and compassion. These core programs meet essential needs while helping families move toward stability.
Food
For All
Our no-cost Market works just like a grocery store—welcoming and full of choice. New neighbors can receive a bag of emergency groceries without enrollment, and once enrolled, you’re invited to shop weekly for fresh produce, pantry staples, and household essentials.
Housing Helping hand
When bills pile up or housing feels uncertain, we’re here to help. Our housing and utility programs offer rent or mortgage assistance, help with overdue utilities, and support working directly with service providers.
Health Connection
We’re here to help when medical costs start to feel overwhelming. Our medical assistance program helps with prescriptions, doctor visit co-pays, and unexpected medical bills—so you can focus on feeling better.
Keep It
Moving
Reliable transportation keeps everything moving. Our transportation assistance helps with bus passes, oil changes, windshield repair, and essential car repairs—so you can stay mobile and connected to what matters.
TLC provides Year-Round Support
Tri-Lakes Cares offers programs that reach beyond emergency help — supporting families through every season of life. From back-to-school readiness to holiday celebrations and personal growth, our year-round support helps neighbors learn, thrive, and build lasting stability.
School Success
Helping kids start each school year ready to learn with backpacks, books, and healthy snacks.
Holiday Hope
Ensuring families can celebrate the season with gifts, meals, and dignity.
Strong Foundations
Empowerment classes in financial wellness, mindfulness, and parenting — building skills for long-term stability.
