Judge Approves Senate Audit of Maricopa County Board of Supervisors

The ballots turned over will be part of a Senate investigation to determine whether or not there was abuse or unruly voting practices or behaviors in November’s hotly contested general election, the results of which were largely pushed and supported by the ballot count of the Phoenix metro area.
 
This Senate investigation will be yet another audit carried out by state officials against the County, in what now has become a months long legal standoff.
