About Us

 he Tucson Pima Arts Council (TPAC) is the designated local arts agency for the City of Tucson and Pima County.

We provide arts and cultural development services through:

• direct funding
• technical assistance
• commissions and contracts to artists and arts organizations
• special cultural projects
• cultural development studies

We engage neighborhoods, youth, and the community in the arts through Grants, Community Cultural Development, and Public Art programs that:

• provide employment opportunities for artists
• provide crucial support for arts organizations
• enhance education
• promote heritage-based artistic traditions
• support international exchange
• help artists and arts organiztions with marketing and organizational development
