About Us

Allan Dear, an active licensed real estate broker with 27 years of experience here in South Georgia. He currently serves on the board of directors of Lowndes County Chamber of Commerce, Valdosta State University Real Estate Foundation Board of Trustees and as fund raising chairman for the Early Morning Rotary Club. He has been a partner of real estate development in Lowndes, Brooks and Thomas County. Allan is a licensed instructor for the Georgia Real Estate Commission. He and his wife Joan are charter members of the Valdosta Symphony Orchestra and Theatre Arts supporters. Allan was the second president of Valdosta, Lowndes Habitat for Humanity.
