BKBC Architects Inc., is a Walnut Creek based Architectural firm offering a full range of planning and design services for Commercial, Residential and Mixed-Use projects. Our experienced staff works closely with clients to develop distinctive concepts and creative solutions. Being a small firm, we offer a-la-cart service and a creative approach to project implementation which enable our fees to be especially competitive with other architecture firms.In 2007, BKBC was selected from over 700 businesses in Walnut Creek to receive the “Contra Costa Small Business Award” from Contra Costa Council and Small Business Administration.
Sanjiv Bhandari, AIA, FIIA, Principal of the firm has over twenty five years of experience practicing Architecture in the San Francisco Bay Area. Sanjiv is actively involved in the community; he served on the Walnut Creek Design Review Commission from 2008-10 and Architectural Review Board for the City of San Ramon from 2000-07, where he Chaired the board twice in 2003 & 2005. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce from 2006-10 and was Chairman of the board in 2008-09.
