About Us

The Heritage Pointe Senior Apartment Homes is just 2 blocks from downtown. We are an all inclusive senior rental property with four apartment towers, offering one, two and three bedroom apartments that are surrounded by 3 beautifully landscaped acres. Our restaurant, Newton's, is known for delicious dining that is part of the Slow Food movement which links the 'pleasure of food with a commitment to the community and the environment' - a return to farm to table cooking. We even have our own 'Victory Garden' from which to harvest our vegetables and herbs.

You're welcome to dine and tour Monday through Sunday,
9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., or Champagne Sunday Brunch 10:30 a.m. & 12:30 p.m. seatings.
