Mackenzie Long will coach us through a 30 minute Kettlebell class and speak about the importance of corporate wellness while we dine on a light breakfast. Showers and locker rooms will be available to you during your visit. This will be a workout event from 7:30 AM - 8 AM. As many of you know, I'm in the process of seeing as many Chamber Members in their businesses as possible. These visits are an important way for me to learn about your business and what the Chamber can do for you. These visits have ranged from sit down discussions with a Chamber Member about their industry, the type leads they need from the Chamber or a tour of the business. We can mold this meeting to fit your needs. I have set aside 45 minutes to an hour for each meeting but this can be adjusted either way as needed.
