Professional EDGE

This two session presentation will focus on the seven personality traits and how it applies to organizational structure and development. Each member will complete a short two question survey prior to the first session. Individual data will be used to demonstrate how Culture Index measures the talent and fit of people to implement business goals and lead teams. After the first session, members will be offered the opportunity to survey some of their colleagues or employees to address specific questions or concerns.

The goal of the second session is to provide solutions for existing organizational issues. Both sessions will be highly interactive and provide a great amount of take home value.  Dr. Peterson has a Psy.D. from Minnesota School of Professional Psychology and specializes in applied behavioral psychology.
