My Medical Clinic Occupational Health (MMC), located at 1560 Beam Avenue, Suite F in Maplewood, is now open to serve the UCWCP members with expedient and high level Occupational Health Services.  We offer a Board Certified Occupational Medicine Clinicians and certified occupational medicine clinical staff that will work with you to ensure all your companies’ occupational health needs are addressed.
My Medical Clinic Occupational Health can serve member companies of the White Bear Lake Area Chamber with the following services:
•    Designated Medical Provider Services for Worker’s Compensation  Our worker’s compensation specialist team will accommodate all walk-in injury care visits with immediate electronic transmission of Report of Workability, appropriate work restrictions, return to work evaluations & establishment of MMI (Maximum Medical Improvement) when appropriate.  Our goal is to provide efficacious care to injured employees or associates and outline an appropriate treatment plan with an objective and aggressive return to work.  Getting your workforce back to work saves you time, addresses production needs and reduces costs…we understand the need for an aggressive RTW plan!

•    Preplacement, Regulatory Examinations & Screening Service We offer new hire Preplacement Evaluations to better match your workforce to the physical demands of their placement position.  We also provide DOT examinations that are provided by certified NRCME providers along with Coast Guard and HAZMAT Exams. We have screening and compliance programs for OSHA Respirator use, Audiometric (Hearing), Bloodborne Pathogen as well as many others.  If your company is in need of drug testing we offer both Minnesota State Statute company policy applied and Federal Regulated testing including collection, lab testing, medical review, electronic reporting and random selection services.

•    My Medical Clinic Occupational Health On-Site Services  Many of our services can be offered on-site to address your needs for convenience and timely results.  We offer audiometric, respirator clearance, DOT exams, drug testing, immunization and other services on-site.
