Economic Gardening

Recruitment of interested and eligible businesses for the 2014-2015 regional Economic Gardening Program is getting underway. Ramsey County had great response last year and the evaluations from participating businesses are very positive. If you know of any businesses that meet program criteria, please urge them to consider participating. The first round of CEO Forums is tentatively scheduled for the last week in September and will run for 8-10 months. Details are presented on the attached fact sheet. Applicants are generally accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and we will only have room for 45 across the metro.

The “greenhouse” where CEOs apply on line is expected to be open in the next week or so once agreements with the Lowe Foundation have been signed. If you or any of your businesses have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
