Rally

1.) Thank you for participating.  Hopefully this is a success, a fun time, and the community rallies behind your business and the game.  
2.) Game Date Range:   5/15 – 5/25
        a. This is the period of time in which you give out cards to people who purchase             goods/services from your business.  One Rally Card per purchase for the time             being.  Since this is a new concept, we will adjust based on card stock availability.  
3.) It’s FREE for you to participate. However, you do need to donate at least one $10 gift card or prize as part of the prize pool. Give more if you can. The bigger the prize pool the greater the public interest. You hold onto the gift card or prize. People who win your prize come to your business to claim it.  
4.) Notify Nimble that you are participating and what you are donating.  
        a. Email info@nimbleimpressions.com
            i. Business Name
            ii. Donation.  
        b. We’ll use the email you send us as the point contact for your business.
        c. Nimble will update your business info on the website.    
5.) Pick-up your initial allotment of cards at the Chamber Office during normal business hours from 5/12 – 5/25.
6.) Get on Social Media about your participation in the event.  Let’s all rally around this together!
7.) Some businesses will need more Rally Cards than others.  Please take only as many as you think you will need.  We can print more cards, but only after we get a sense of initial participation.  
8.) Don’t have a retail facing business, but still want to participate:
        a. Be a general sponsor – Your business will be listed as a sponsor and your monetary         donation noted. 
        b. Sponsor a retail business.  Buy gift cards/prizes from retail businesses to add to the         prize pool.  Your business will be listed as a sponsor and donation noted.  
9.) Winning Rally Cards will be announced on 5/25 @ 8:00pm on Facebook LIVE.
        a. Everything will be random!
        b. We will use a phone App to determine winning numbers.  
        c. Gift Cards/Prizes in the “prize pool” will be selected at random and paired with         winning numbers.
