Economic Gardening

The Regional Economic Gardening Network provides scholarships to select companies that have potential for job creation and longer-term business growth. The Edward Lowe Foundation’s Economic Gardening Program provides practical tools and techniques including:

· Custom research: 40-60 hours per chief operating officer (CEO)
· Monthly CEO round table sessions: 8 half-day sessions for the CEO’s of the selected companies
· Monthly CEO business forum events  for CEO's and additional companies Steve Quello, CEO Nexus, and a business currently participating in the Economic Gardening program will present.

Steve Quello, founder and President of CEO Nexus, designs and manages market development programs and serves as the master facilitator for Economic Gardening CEO Roundtables and CEO Forums. He also provides counsel regarding economic gardening initiatives to entrepreneur support organizations across the nation and in Florida including the Florida High Tech Corridor Council, the Greater Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, the University of Central Florida Office of Research and Commercialization, the Edward Lowe Foundation and the SBA Office of Advocacy. Steve is a Minnesota native.
