The Holiday Open House is December 16 however you can shop at Bittersweet Farms throughout December, Monday through Friday, from 10 am – 4 pm. One-of-a-kind items for sale include Christmas cards (8 cards for $5); holiday ornaments made from ceramic and wood; bird houses; bird feeders; wood candle holders; ceramic vases; walking sticks handcrafted from Sassafras and White Oak wood ($25); and dog treats made in the kitchen at Bittersweet Farms.

Beautifully wrapped gift baskets are available and can include homemade biscotti, mugs, hot chocolate, coffee, pesto, pita chips, pasta, and holiday spreader knife. Basket prices range from $18 - $21 depending on the items.

Fresh baked homemade holiday cookies! Cookies include: sugar cookies, pomanders, butterscotch and chocolate haystacks, chocolate chip supremes, white chocolate chip supremes, and Russian teacakes. Cookies are $4 a dozen and up. For cookie trays, please call ahead to order. All cookies are made in the kitchen at Bittersweet Farms.

Pesto is for sale for $6.50 per six ounce jar. The pesto is made from fresh basil grown on the farm and is a joint venture between the Junior League of Toledo and Bittersweet Farms.
