The Chamber Partnership Business After Hours!

Currently seeking Sponsors!

The Anthony Wayne Regional Chamber of Commerce is currently seeking businesses interested in sponsoring our upcoming Business After Hours Events. With many of our members taking an interest in the events with the Holland-Springfield Chamber, we are bringing this event a little closer to home by hosting a Business After Hours in the Anthony Wayne Area every other month! Business After Hours is the premiere networking event for business professionals. This event will be held once a month from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. This hour and a half time frame gives people the opportunity to discuss and share ideas while learning about other local businesses. It is a relationship-building experience held in a relaxed setting that benefits you and your company through added contacts and resources.

If you choose to sponsor a Business After Hours, your name will be included in our newsletter and broadcasts that are sent to all members, as well as an opportunity to promote and share information about your business at the event. Being a sponsor entails a business to select a restaurant of their choice to host the event at, as well as, a $150 to $175 investment in appetizers for all of those that attend the event. These are the current dates that we are seeking sponsors for: Tuesday, November 17th, and Tuesday, December 15th.

If you are interested in sponsoring a Business After Hours or would like additional information, please contact Abbey Hall at 419-877-2747 or via email at abbey@awchamber.com.

Join in the Fun at the Fairy Garden Party in Downtown Waterville!

July 18th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Fairy Garden Party in Downtown Waterville!

Yes, it’s true- the "suburban" fairies are coming to Waterville on Saturday, July 18th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. throughout the downtown area. We would like the Downtown Waterville businesses to participate by allowing April Cook from Clayful Arts to put a small fairy door outside their business for the event. These adorable fairy doors were hand painted by the Waterville Girl Scout Troop.

Visitors to Downtown Waterville will be invited to join in the hunt to find all of the fairy doors placed around the town in order to enter a drawing to win gift baskets. This will allow customers to visit all of the businesses while on their search.

If you are interested in becoming more involved in the event, here are some ideas:
-Have a free treat or discount available for visitors that day
-Feature fairy garden products you might carry
-Contribute items for the gift basket drawings

So can we put a fairy door in front of your business? Call The Silver Lining Gallery for more information or to get involved at 419-441-0025
