Smile for a Lifetime Foundation is a charitable, non-profit organization that provides
orthodontic care to individuals who may not have the opportunity to acquire assistance.
Dr. Iverson founded the local chapter in 2012 as a way to reach those in need locally.
Tickets can be purchased at our office, 871 Gray Avenue.

A local tradition in the style of hometown, family-oriented celebrations, Pioneer Day honors the early pioneers who came to California for gold, and stayed to raise their families. Traditionally held on the last Saturday in April, this year's event occurs on April 26 from 9 am to 4 pm, in downtown Smartsville, located just off State Route 20 about half way between Marysville and Grass Valley.

Friends of the Sutter County Library will be holding a Book Sale from May 1-3, at the Sutter Co Library. Sale hours are: Thursday 10-6; Friday and Saturday 10-5. Come in and browse through our wide genre of books. We have novels, children’s, historical, cookbooks, self help, or just about any type you would need. The Book Sale will also have a collection of religious and foreign language books for you to explore. Come and support your library. Prices for the books will be: 75 cents for hardback books; 50 cents for soft cover and paperback books. All proceeds from the sale support our local Library programs. The Library is located at: 750 Forbes Ave, Yuba City.

Horses and Hats for Hospice is a Kentucky Derby Themed event benefiting Sutter North Hospice including its Childern's Bereavement Program.The event is simultaneously coordinated with the running of the Kentucky Derby, and includes an evening of southern food, mint juleps, horse therapy demonstration, photo booth, raffle, live and slient auction opportunities and derby hats.This unique and fun event is a way to connect with the community and support our mission of offering Hospice services regardless of one's ability to pay for care.In addition Sutter North Hospice offers, at no cost, the only Children's Bereavement Program of its kind from Sacramento to Redding open to anyone who has lost a loved one.
