The event is being held in support of Small Business Saturday - a day to celebrate and support small businesses and all they do for our community. Remember to shop local, dine local and play local.\n{ Stay tuned for more details }\nRides from 1-4 p.m. will be FREE sponsored by the Carroll Chamber of Commerce and the City of Carroll.
