This support group emphasizes group discussions and sharing experiences.\n\Details:\nGrace Center is Oregon's sole adult service center that focuses specifically on memory care and post-rehabilitation services.\nThe Grace Center Free Family Caregiver Support Group meets weekly on Tuesdays from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The support group is open to all family caregivers, whether they are using Grace Center’s services or not. \n\nNote: Respite Care is available from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. during the support group. Services are FREE for the duration of the support group. If the individual is not an enrolled participant, we ask that you provide advanced notice so that we can discuss their care needs. Grace Center reserves the right to determine case by case for non-enrolled participants if a person is an appropriate fit for our respite program.\n\nCall the Grace Center office at 541-754-8417 to arrange respite services during the support group (which must be done in advance).
