Watching a loved one’s capabilities diminish can trigger feelings of sadness, sorrow and helplessness. We will explore some coping strategies. This event is open to the public and free of charge. Lunch provided. Program begins at 12:30pm – 1:30pm. Registration is required. Register with Corvallis Parks and Rec by January 6.
