Rather than a presentation-based format, Mentor Monday emphasizes conversation, problem-solving, and practical insight.\nEach session will feature 2–3 mentors on site, available to meet with participants in a small group setting. To ensure relevance and value, each month will focus on specific areas of growth or expertise, such as marketing, finance, leadership, operations, legal considerations, or scaling a business.\nThe program is intentionally designed to:\n\n	Deliver tangible member value\n	Strengthen peer-to-peer relationships within the Chamber\n	Position the Chamber as a trusted connector and resource\n	Provide mentorship without sales pressure or solicitation\n\nThis month we have Oscar Barrientos and Kylee Call as our mentors.
