These children come from countries, often in Central America, where poverty, violence and human trafficking are rampant. Many are under the age of 13. They enter the U.S. without parents/guardians and are in need of safe homes, usually on a temporary basis, where they can receive the care and attention that every child and youth deserves\n\n------------------------------------------------\n\nEsta presentación provee una oportunidad para líderes y miembros de la comunidad del area de Chicago aprender del trabajo de National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) con niños inmigrantes no acompañados.
