He is also a real estate developer, founder of Discover Oregon Real Estate and D( )RE Developments. He brings over a decade of strategic investing experience in both business and real estate, with a focus on sustainable, people-first growth.\n\nTim is also a lifelong Corvallis community member—born at Good Sam a graduate of Oregon State University at age 19, and currently raising his family in Corvallis.
