The first event will take place Saturday, February 21, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Windrose Park, and will feature live entertainment from local band Soulitify, Crave Hot Dogs and BBQ food truck, and family-friendly activities. While onsite, guests can also tour 20 model homes from seven homebuilders.\nCreated as an open invitation to explore and connect, Taste of Teravalis offers visitors the opportunity to experience the community’s growing energy while getting a firsthand look at the diverse home styles and 55 floor plans, neighborhoods, and amenities now open within the community’s inaugural village, Floreo.\nThe series will continue with its next event on Saturday, March 28, featuring live music from The Thaddeus Rose Band, with additional events planned in April, and resuming in the fall.\n“Taste of Teravalis is about opening the doors and saying, ‘come on in,’” said Charley Freericks, President of the Arizona Region for Howard Hughes Communities. “As we host more events like this, our goal is simple—to make Teravalis a place where people feel welcome, connected, and excited about what’s taking shape here in the West Valley.
