By listening directly to those it serves, PDH aims to ensure that care delivery reflects the community's real needs and experiences.\n\n“Listening to patients and families is central to our approach to quality and improvement,” said JoDee Johnson, CEO. “The Patient and Family Advisory Council allows us to elevate community voices and partner more meaningfully with those we serve.”\n\nThe council will consist of 8 to 12 members who reflect the diversity of the district’s patients and families. Members will meet quarterly and serve two-year terms, with opportunities for renewal. PFAC members will work collaboratively with PDH staff to offer constructive input that represents the broader community, rather than individual concerns.\n
