The Calm Down Disco is part of oGoFloat's Member May celebration, and everyone is invited. \n\n​Join us Sunday, May 24 from 2 to 6pm at the Penticton Seniors' Centre on South Main Street for an afternoon that starts with stillness and ends with a dance floor.\n\n​2pm -- Yoga and sound bath offered by Steady Effort Yoga Sound Wellness\n\n3pm -- Floaty themed game show with prizes\n\n4pm -- Silent disco until 6pm\n\Details:\nLight snacks and hydration will be provided. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle.\n\n​Calm Down Float Club members, spouses, and kids attend free.
