How much are Fantasy In Lights Tickets for 2018?
Advance Super Prime Night Tickets* (Nov. 23; Dec.1, 8, 15, 21, 22 & 26) are $30/Adult; $15/Child (ages 6-12)
Advance Prime Night Tickets* (Nov. 17, 18, 21, 22, 24, 25 & 30; Dec. 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29 & 30) Tickets are $28/Adult; $14/Child (ages 6-12)
Advance Value Night Tickets* (Nov. 16, 19, 20, 26 – 29; Dec. 3 – 6, 10 – 13, 17 – 20; Jan. 1 – 5) are $21/Adult; $10.50/Child (ages 6-12)

Where do I find directions to Fantasy In Lights?
If you are visiting for Fantasy In Lights, use the Robin Lake Beach entrance located on US Highway 27. We recommend using the Inn address for Google Maps. The Beach entrance is located just North of the Inn, 17800 US Hwy 27 Pine Mountain GA 31822. Overnight Resort Guests, review your reservation confirmation for check-in location. Resort Guests may use complimentary shuttle service to Christmas Village to enjoy Fantasy In Lights.
How do I travel through Fantasy In Lights?
Guests can choose to see the lights in an open-air Jolly Trolley, the most popular option and our recommendation, or drive their personal vehicle. If you drive your personal vehicle, the route exits onto U. S. Hwy. 27. At the end of the Fantasy In Lights route when you approach the highway, occupants in personal vehicles will need to be in the appropriate seatbelts/carseats.
What is a time slot? When do I see the lights?
Time slots are used to manage the flow of guests. Time slot listed on your ticket is not the time you will see the lights. You may enter the line anytime within the hour displayed on your ticket, or 15 minutes prior (e.g. 6 p.m. ticket holders can get in line as early as 5:45 p.m. and as late as 7 p.m.). The Jolly Trolleys run continuously. If you arrive after your time slot, we’ll accommodate you as well.
Are tickets per person or per vehicle?
Fantasy In Lights tickets are per person. Children ages 5 and younger are admitted at no charge, but must have a “Free Child” ticket. Please be sure to specify children’s ages when ordering.
What are the Fantasy In Lights hours of operation?
Fantasy In Lights show begins at 6 p.m. The Christmas Village located at Robin Lake opens daily at 4 p.m. and closes one hour after the last trolley departs. Tickets are sold on the hour for Jolly Trolleys and the half-hour for personal vehicles. Advance purchase is recommended. For same-day purchases, tickets are based on first-available time slot. Ending times flex daily based on volume of ticket sales. We try to accommodate everyone but each evening at some point there is a “last trolley” time and a “last vehicle time.” It does take approximately one hour to see the lights.
What are the Gardens hours of operation during Fantasy In Lights?
Your Fantasy In Lights ticket also includes one complimentary admission to visit Callaway Gardens during the day between the date of your visit and the end of the Fantasy In Lights season (Jan. 5, 2019). The Gardens are open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during this Season.
Is there a place to stay overnight? Are there any special packages? Recommended
Callaway Gardens offers a variety of Fantasy In Lights overnight packages that include admission to Fantasy In Lights as well as day admission to the Gardens throughout your stay (a value of $25/adult; $15/child). If you have a confirmed overnight reservation, you will receive your tickets in advance via email. Please check your inbox, deleted box, or spam/junk folder for tickets. When received, confirm the date, time and transportation selection on the tickets. Print your tickets to bring with you. A ticket is required for each person to enter Fantasy In Lights. Should I purchase tickets in advance (Recommended), or wait until I arrive?
To ensure your desired time and mode of transportation, we highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance. Tickets are sold on first available basis for the evening. Time slots and transportation options may be limited/sold out – especially during weekends. You will receive two emails from orders@callawaygardens.com one will contain your receipt and the second email titled “Your Callaway Gardens Print at Home Ticket” will contain a pdf with your tickets attached. Print your tickets prior to arrival. There should be a separate ticket for each one ordered. Are same-day ticket purchases handled differently?
Available showtimes are very limited for same-day purchase, especially on high-demand Super Prime Nights. Advance purchase strongly recommended to avoid disappointment. Same-day Adult tickets are $35, Children $17.50 and must be purchased at the Will Call Ticket Center (near Beach Pavilion at Robin Lake).
I never received my tickets by email?
Check your inbox, deleted box, or spam/junk folder for tickets. You should receive an email from our ticketing system, Tessitura under the email “orders@callawaygardens.com.” When received, confirm the date, time, and transportation selection on the tickets. Print your tickets to bring with you.
What if it rains?
Fantasy In Lights is rain or shine. Tickets are nonrefundable and will not be refunded due to inclement weather, unless Callaway Gardens deems the weather as dangerous. If needed, you may switch from trolley to personal vehicle but you need to enter at the same time slot on the original trolley ticket.

Do you have any special nights to visit Fantasy In Lights?
While every night at Fantasy In Lights is special, we annually schedule unique ways to enjoy the lights on a few nights, including for 2018: March of Dimes®Night Walk (Saturday, Nov. 10), Bicycle Night (Sunday, Nov. 11), Photography Night (Monday, Nov. 12), and New Year’s Eve Party at Fantasy In Lights (Monday, Dec. 31). Is there a discount for Callaway Gardens Annual Members?
Individual, Companion, Family Members receive 25% Discount on Advance Purchase Value Night Tickets. Premium Members receive a 50% Discount of every night of Fantasy In Lights, excluding Specialty Nights (Walk, Bike, Photo). Annual Members may purchase up to 10 tickets per night. Is there a discount for Military?
Military who purchase Value Date tickets in advance by phone (844.512.3826) receive a $3 discount (tax and service fee are additional), excluding Prime Nights and Specialty Nights such as Night Walk. Value Dates are Monday through Thursday, excluding Holidays. Military at Fort Benning also may visit the MWR Tickets & Travel Office to purchase discounted tickets.
My company is a Specialty Partner. How do I purchase my tickets?

Can I take my pet to Fantasy In Lights?
Pets are permitted in the personal vehicle of guests with tickets for the drive-through light show; not Jolly Trolley. Other than certified service animals, pets are not allowed inside the Christmas Village or on the Beach at Robin Lake
