Event Description
FREE Teen Health program for ages 13-19! Program held at the Family Resource Center, 331 7th St. in Elko on Wednesday, Dec. 5 and Thursday, Dec. 6 from 4pm-7pm both days. Teens must attend BOTH DAYS of class to receive free incentives. Permission slips are required, signed by parent/guardian.

Details
Participants who attend both sessions of the program will receive a FREE backpack filled with school supplies OR a $25 store gift card (Marshall's or JCPenney). Parents of those who attend both sessions will receive a FREE $15 gas card after class on the last day. **One free incentive allowed per child per year.**
Making Proud Choices is a lively, evidence-based, age appropriate teen health program, proven effective in reducing the risk of sexually transmitted infections, HIV/AIDS, and teen pregnancy. This program incorporates medically accurate information along with crucial knowledge on how to identify and handle peer pressure.
