Best in Business Awards presented by The Rancho Cordova Chamber of Commerce honors businesses and individuals for their role in driving our regions business prosperity and economic growth. To be considered for an award, the organization (and chamber member) must be setting the standards for excellence and innovation with their business practices and community involvement. Awards are selected by a committee consisting of Chamber Members, Board of Directors, and Chamber Staff.

2018 Best in Business Award Categories (Must be a current Rancho Cordova Chamber member)

• Business of the Year: Up to five awards are presented: large, medium, small, micro and non-profit/association. Awards are based on the following criteria: business growth and improvement, good financial health, overall excellence in the marketplace, and community contributions.
• Rising Star: Recognizing a business in operation 3 years or less making an impact in our local business community.
• Ambassador of the Year: This award is based on the contributions the person (owner or employee of a Chamber member business) makes to the Chamber’s mission and the business community at large. This award is chosen and presented by Membership Committee.
• Chairman’s Award: This award recognizes the many and varied contributions the honoree (person, business, organization) has made to the quality of life and economic well-being of the region. This award is selected and presented by the RCCC Board Chair.
