Details
Love ABQ is hosting “Love Week” during June 15 and June 22, a citywide community service effort to benefit Albuquerque by uniting volunteers from all walks of life, ethnic backgrounds, faith traditions, and political affiliations.
Volunteers are then invited to celebrate their “Love Week” accomplishments at Freedom Celebration, Friday-Saturday, June 21-22, at Isotopes Park. One of the city's biggest Fourth of July celebrations, this free, family-friendly event features live music, food concessions, inflatables, a fireworks display, and a message from Skip Heitzig of Calvary Church.
Gates open at 5:00 p.m. and the event starts at 7:00 p.m.
Musical guests both evenings include Gawvi as well as Battledrums with Josh Baldwin. Sanctus Real and Phil Wickham will perform on June 21, and Ryan Stevenson and Jordan Feliz on June 22.
This is a free event and is open to the public.
