Event Description
We are excited to announce the first annual Rupert Fall Fest on the Square! This fun community event will primarily take place on Halloween night (October 31) in conjunction with the Trunk or Treat around the Square, but we will also be featuring painted and carved pumpkins all over the Rupert Square for the entire week of October 24-31!
If you have a group (youth, adults, seniors, 4-H, scouting, church, neighborhood, family) that would like to create painted or carved pumpkins for display, please contact Lori Wilson at 208-431-2313. All are welcome!
Our Fall Fest will begin at approximately 5:30pm, Halloween night at the newly completed plaza next to the Wilson Theatre on the northwest corner of the Square. The Wilson Theatre will be sponsoring a costume parade/contest, old fashioned cake walk, Halloween dance off, and fabulous music and fun! At 6:30pm the Trunk of Treat will begin, courtesy of many of our terrific local businesses!
Restaurants and shops will be open and food trucks will be at the Square all evening. Enjoy hot dogs, hamburgers, chili, pulled pork, ribs, tacos, quesadillas, and other fabulous food to make your Halloween night meal plan a snap! And be sure to walk around and through the Square to “ooh” and “ahh” at all the impressive and adorable painted and carved pumpkin displays.

• The Drift Inn
• E Street Deli
• Sophie’s Chatterbox (daytime hours)
• Rosti’s Express Mexican Food (Halloween night only)
• Robin’s Roost (Halloween night only)
• Edith’s Café (Halloween night only)
