Haines City's Ribs on the Ridge - Haines City’s 12th annual Ribs on the Ridge BBQ competition presented by Haines City Parks and Recreation & Miracle Toyota will be February 21, 2020, from 5 PM to 9 PM, and February 22, 2020, from 10 AM to 5 PM, at Lake Eva Park, 555 Ledwith Ave., Haines City, FL 33844.
Ribs on the Ridge draws barbecue teams from across Florida and the nation where professional and amateur teams compete for cash prizes, trophies, and bragging rights. BBQ, crafts vendors, and live entertainment. FREE and open to the public. Musical acts featured on main stage throughout the day and include national recording artists Sister Hazel and other local bands. This year's event will also benefit KidsPACK, an organization that feeds food insecure children in Polk County.
