Event Description

The Empowered To Connect Conference presented by Show Hope in collaboration with The Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development at TCU and Empowered to Connect, is a two-day conference designed to help parents, caregivers, educators, ministry leaders and professionals better understand how to create safe healing places for children and youth. Using TBRI(trust-based relational intervention). The conference is specifically helpful for adoptive and foster families and those who are caring for children who have experienced adverse childhood experiences, maltreatment, and loss.

Want to know how to connect better with your child or children you serve? How about better manage their behaviors or emotions when things are out of control?  How about know a child or family from a hard place? Connect, Empower, Correct 

For caregivers, teachers, staff, churches, Law enforcement, etc.
