People Solutions Center presents: Interviewing Skills Workshop for Hiring Managers
Join us as Katie Magoon, SPHR, SHRM-CP facilitates this vital training program!
During this workshop, attendees will learn the art of conducting an interview that increases the quality of their hiring decisions.
Participants will be able to:
- Understand how to define the skills, competencies and experience needed for the job
- Ask the right questions that will provide a strong understanding of the candidate’s skills
- Identify their own hidden bias’s and the potential impact on the interview process
- Reduce the risk of asking illegal questions
- Improve the candidate experience
This workshop is virtual and will be conducted as two half-day sessions to maximize the learning opportunity.
Session #1 - Thursday, October 15 8:30 am CST- 12:30pm CST
Session #2 - Thursday, October 29 8:30 am CST- 12:30pm CST
COST: $250 per person
