People Solutions Center presents: Interviewing Skills Workshop for Hiring Managers

Join us as Katie Magoon, SPHR, SHRM-CP facilitates this vital training program!

During this workshop, attendees will learn the art of conducting an interview that increases the quality of their hiring decisions.

Participants will be able to:

  1. Understand how to define the skills, competencies and experience needed for the job
  2. Ask the right questions that will provide a strong understanding of the candidate’s skills
  3. Identify their own hidden bias’s and the potential impact on the interview process
  4. Reduce the risk of asking illegal questions
  5. Improve the candidate experience

This workshop is virtual and will be conducted as two half-day sessions to maximize the learning opportunity. 

Session #1 - Thursday, October 15 8:30 am CST- 12:30pm CST 
Session #2 -  Thursday, October 29 8:30 am CST- 12:30pm CST

COST: $250 per person 
(Invoice will be issued upon completed registration.)
