Westbound Interstate 10 (Papago Freeway) closed between 75th and 99th avenues Oct. 15-18
Drivers who use I-10 between Avondale Boulevard and I-17 in Phoenix should plan for delays and use caution while the following weekend closures are in place for pavement removal.
Westbound I-10 between 75th and 99th avenues will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 15, until 5 a.m. Monday, Oct. 18. The following ramps will also be closed during this time.
The westbound I-10 on-ramps at 67th, 75th, and 83rd avenues.
The Loop 202 (South Mountain Freeway) ramp to westbound I-10.
Detours: Drivers may take the 51st Avenue exit and drive west on either McDowell Road or Van Buren Street to 107th Avenue to access westbound I-10. Motorists driving north on Loop 202 may exit at Van Buren and travel west to 107th Avenue.
