UPDATE: Southbound Loop 101 (Agua Fria Freeway) ramps to I-10 closed this weekend Oct. 22-24
This advisory updates the planned Loop 101 closure to include southbound on-ramps at Camelback and Indian School roads.
Drivers who use southbound Loop 101 approaching the Interstate 10 interchange in the Avondale/Glendale area should allow extra travel time and consider alternate routes while the following weekend closures are in place for pavement removal.
Southbound Loop 101 will be closed between Thomas Road and I-10 from 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22, to 5 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 24. The following ramps will also be closed:
Southbound Loop 101 ramps to east- and westbound I-10
The southbound Loop 101 on-ramps at Camelback, Indian School and Thomas roads
Detour: Motorists can exit at Indian School or Thomas roads and use either 91st or 99th avenues to access I-10.
