It’s December and time for the Plumas County Library Winter Book Giveaway! Last year's December giveaway was a great success. You may remember that patron's decorated a snow friend to help keep them warm. This year we are asking patron's to decorate a snowflake, return it to the library (during open hours) and receive a free book. The giveaway will be held at each branch from December 1st to the 30th. Our theme is "Books are unique just like Snowflakes." Patrons can show us how unique they are with their designed snowflake. Snowflakes will be displayed in the windows of the Library.
There is no age limit on participation but the books are geared toward 0-18 year olds. One book per patron per day. You can pick up a blank snowflake at any branch or print them at home from our website www.plumascounty.us/593
