INTRODUCTION TO FIDIC CONTRACTS

The Malta Chamber invites you to its Masterclasses on Procurement with the support of Ganado Advocates. In this session, we will be addressing FIDIC Contracts and covering the below areas: 

Session 1

  • Introduction to FIDIC Suite of Contracts (1999) the differences between the contracts (types and the 1999 vs 2017 suite);
  • Structure of Agreements and benefits of standard form contracts;
  • Risk Allocation;
  • Contractor and Employer Risks;

 

Session 2

  • Role of the Engineer under the FIDIC Suite of Contracts (1999);
  • Employer and Contractor Claims;
  • Sub-contracting;   

One session for members: €75 (exc. tax)
