Event Description
City NMB Seniors Get Fit & Active Every Tues/Thurs. with Commissioner Paule Villard & Coach D
Enjoy complimentary fitness classes held from 11:30 am to 2 pm at the McDonald Center (located at 17051 19th Ave, North Miami Beach, FL 33162.) Open to NMB residents who are 60 years old and up. All participants are encouraged to dress in activewear clothes and tennis shoes. There will also be giveaways and raffles.
