Details
Monday, September 12. The Grieving Process with Robyn Polcher. Robyn is the St. Croix Hospice Chaplin and will be discussing where to find support for yourself and others in the grieving process whatever way most comfortable.

Monday, September 19. Mindfulness exercises for self-care with Vera Petersen. Vera is currently a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and a Certified Professionals Counselor in the state of Nebraska, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Iowa with a local practice in Exira.

Monday, September 26. I Walked the Darkest Valleys to Freedom with author David Pedersen. At the suggestion of his therapist, David journaled his inner monologue and chronicled his lifelong struggles with depression and anxiety as an opportunity to get in touch with his feelings, which he turned into a book to comfort and encourages others. His book appeals to those interested in authentic accounts of overcoming despair, military separation, being at wits end, and death in the family to progressing forward in marriage, career success, emotional healing, and growth in faith, hope, and freedom.
