The City of North Miami Beach and NMB-CRA have launched the Capital Improvement Grant Program for Businesses & Property Owners!
The Interest Only Grant Program allows businesses and property owners whose ground floor space is retail, restaurant, or office to borrow for purposes related to exterior and interior property improvement.
This grant program pays 50% of the interest on a loan of up to $350,000 with a maximum term of 5 years!
