Event Description
The Drawer Boy by Michael Healey and directed by Marc Comstock follows Miles, a young actor from the big city who moves in with two bachelor-farmers to do research for a new play. Anxious for material, Miles includes an overheard conversation and includes it in her play, unwittingly breaking open the fragile arrangement of the farmer’s lives and the healing power of truth.
The Drawer Boy by Michael Healey opens Friday, March 24, 2023 with a preview performance on March 23rd, and runs through Sunday, April 9. The theater’s Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening shows are performed at 7:30pm and Sunday matinees are at 2pm.

Performances are at the Black Cat Cultural Center, 3011-13 Monte Vista Blvd., NE, ABQ 87106. Seating is general admission. Preview tickets are $15, general admission tickets are $20. Tickets may be purchased at the door, or through our website at: https://www.actorsstudio66.org/ticketing
A Pay-What-You-Will performance will be held Thursday, 3/30. This is a cash on at the door event with all proceeds split by the cast and crew.
