Details
The Colonial religious artwork of New Mexico is unique amongst the vast canon of Catholic art and the Santero motifs championed abstraction long before Picasso and modern art would make it all the rage. Artist Brandon Maldonado’s contemporary exploration forges new links in the continuing story of the land, culture, and heritage of New Mexico.
