Saturday, February 2, 10 - 12 pm. Harlan Community Library, 718 Court Street, Harlan.
For kids ages 10 and up. Put your decorating skills to the test. Contestants get cupcakes to decorate. Timed challenge with designated themes. All supplies provided. Prizes will be awarded for each decorating category.
