This workshop will be presented in Pashto.

Join us at the Carmichael Library for a discussion about maternal health and postpartum care, hosted in partnership with ReproNet. Topics will include:

• Why are prenatal and postpartum clinic visits important?
• What happens when I have a miscarriage?
• What health issues are common after delivery?
• How can I take care of myself after delivery?

Participants will learn about how to access health care and/or preventive services and how to obtain information on YouTube, internet searches, and the Sacramento Public Library collection. There will be time for Q&A.
